On May 30^th, two important agreements were reached between the workers' representatives and the company Siemens S.A. in Spain. These agreements are the result of a long and costly negotiation process which, according to the sources consulted, respond to a need that has long been demanded by workers.

The first of the agreements signed was the "X Collective Agreement" which includes the economic concepts for 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 as well as many other improvements in social aspects. The Collective Bargaining Agreement agreed for Siemens S.A. will de facto be applied in other companies of the Siemens Group in Spain, such as TECOSA or Siemens Renting, to name two examples.

The second of the signed agreements (signed on May 30^th, see attached file) was the "Agreement of Segregation of the workers of Siemens S.A. to Siemens Mobility S.L.U." - an agreement that improves the legal conditions for this type of segregation.

According to the <link http: www2.ccoo.es csccoo conoce_ccoo:about_us _blank external-link-new-window>CCOO union, the union with the largest representation in Siemens S.A. and the only signatory of both documents, together with the ATIS union, the signing of these agreements mean to continue the culture of negotiation and represent an improvement in all its terms. Likewise, the union explicitly recognizes that it is a substantial advance that this type of agreement has been reached at a time when the company is in the process of changing its legal structure.

FIRMADO EL CONVENIO COLECTIVO DE SIEMENS, S.A. Y EL ACUERDO DE GARANTIAS PARA SIEMENS MOBILITY EN SIEMENS ESPAÑA

El pasado día 30 de mayo se han alcanzado dos importantes acuerdos entre la representación de los trabajadores y las trabajadoras y la compañía en Siemens, S.A. en España. Dichos acuerdos son el fruto de un largo y costoso trabajo de negociación y que según las fuentes consultadas, responden a una necesidad reclamada por los trabajadores y las trabajadoras desde hace tiempo.

El primero de los acuerdos firmados fue el “X Convenio Colectivo” que incluye los conceptos económicos para los años 2015, 2016, 2017 y 2018 como otras muchas mejoras en aspectos sociales. El Convenio Colectivo pactado para Siemens, S.A., tiene, de facto, aplicación en otras empresas del Grupo Siemens en España, como son TECOSA o Siemens Renting, por citar dos ejemplos.

El segundo de los acuerdos firmados (el pasado 30 de mayo y que se puede consultar en el archivo adjunto), fue el “Acuerdo de Segregación de los trabajadores de Siemens, S.A. a Siemens Mobility, S.L.U.”, acuerdo que mejora las condiciones legales en este tipo de segregaciones.

Según el sindicato CCOO, sindicato con mayor representación en Siemens, S.A., y único firmante de los dos documentos, junto al sindicato ATIS, la firma de estos acuerdos supone continuar con la cultura de la negociación y suponen cada uno de ellos una mejora en todos sus términos. Así mismo, el sindicato de clase, reconoce explícitamente que es un avance sustancial que se haya alcanzado este tipo de acuerdos en unos momentos donde la compañía está en proceso de cambio en cuanto a su estructura legal.
