Three negotiating Spanish unions (CCOO, ELA and UGT) and the HR of Siemens Games Renewable Energies have signed an agreement for corporate offices for the period 2024 - 2026. Both sides are satisfied with the agreement that, despite the current complex situation, means improvements for the entire workforce in different areas.
As the UGT FICA informed employee representations in Germany, the Siemens Gamesa Office Agreement impacts the working conditions of over 3,300 employees in Spain, including fixed economic increases ranging from 14% to 17.6% until 2026. A pension plan has been implemented for all groups for the first time, along with job security measures until the end of 2026.
The UGT FICA union highlighted the positive aspects of the new agreement, emphasizing the importance of maintaining employment and production centers amidst challenging economic conditions.
