On April 12th/13th, the annual meeting of union representatives from Siemens and Siemens Energy locations in the US and Canada took place in Chicago. Representatives of the unions IBEW, IUE-CWA, USW, IAM, UAW and IBB met with the union representatives from Germany Harald Kern, Bettina Haller and Mimon Uhamou (all IG Metall). Nadine Florian (Siemens Energy, IG Metall) took part in the meeting per video.

On March 3rd, 2023, delegates of the Siemens Europe Committee (SEC) from the Czech Republic and Germany met with the Executive Committee of the SEC in Munich for the information and consultation of the management concerning the carve-out of several business fields of Siemens and the formation of the new subsidiary company Innomotics.

On October 24th/25th, 2022, union representatives of Siemens and Siemens Energy in the US and Canada met in Las Vegas with union representatives of IG Metall from Germany. This was the first meeting after more than two years of interruption caused by the Covid-19 restrictions.

On September 28th/29th, 2022, 26 delegates from 17 countries (Germany, Denmark, Spain, UK, Sweden, Austria, France, Hungary, Norway, Portugal, Czech Republic, Italy, Croatia, Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria) met for the second meeting of the EWC of Siemens Energy in Vienna.

For the 10th anniversary of Siemens' International Framework Agreement, on July 26th/27th, 2022, an online meeting of employee representatives from Europe, Asian and American countries took place. It was divided in two parts due to the time differences between the participating countries.

On April 13th/14th 2022, the SEC delegates from Germany, Czech Republic, UK, Austria, France, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Hungary, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Bulgaria, Greece and Croatia met for their annual meeting. The delegates from Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Denmark were missing.

On November 11th and 12th, 2021, the "Expanded Siemens Chile 2021 union meeting" was held in the city of Santiago de Chile, at IndustriAll Chile CONSTRAMET facilities, with the participation of representatives of Siemens unions from all over Chile grouped in the Siemens Chile Union Federation.

On October 5th/6th, 2021, 31 delegates from 20 countries* took part in a meeting of the Siemens Europe Committee (SEC) in Lisbon. One delegate from the Czech Republic, one from the UK, and the delegates from Hungary, Slovakia and Sweden were missing.

On September 22nd/23rd, 2021, the European Works Council of Siemens Energy had its constitutive meeting in Munich. 22 delegates from 13 countries (Germany, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Hungary, Norway, Czech Republic, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Bulgaria and Romania) took part.

The Collective Bargain Agreement CBA of Kalwa Switchgear & Switchboard, Transformer, Nashik & Aurangabad is pending more than 28 months. Something is definitely wrong - the Indian colleagues appeal at IG Metall and Industriall Global Union to stand with them - and we do!
